He and his wife, Sarah, are proud parents to three children and deeply value the simple joys of small-town life. Ryan and his family are actively involved in Crossgates Church of Brandon. Before embarking on his real estate career, Ryan dedicated a decade to serving the people of Mississippi as a law enforcement officer. This experience instilled in him a strong work ethic, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to serving others. Ryan and Sarah are successful entrepreneurs with a proven track record of building and managing successful businesses. This entrepreneurial spirit has equipped Ryan with a deep understanding of client needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Now, Ryan leverages his diverse background to guide clients through their real estate journeys.

Tripp Spruill, a lifelong resident of Central Mississippi, attended Northwest Rankin High School before pursuing a degree in Business with an emphasis in Risk Management at the University of Mississippi. He currently resides in Brandon with his wife, Traci, and their two children who attend Hartfield Academy. Tripp and his family are actively involved in First Baptist of Fannin. Tripp's passion for real estate ignited in 2015 with the purchase of his first rental property. This experience sparked a desire to help others navigate the complexities of the real estate market. When not assisting clients, Tripp enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and wake surfing. Tripp is dedicated to providing exceptional service and helping clients achieve their real estate goals, whether they are buying, selling, or embarking on their own investment journey.
