Todd Kivimaki is the owner and founder of WOW Video Tours, a real estate media company he started 22 years ago while in his second year of college. When his parents were selling their house in 2004, Todd noticed that listings only had about six photos on the internet and decided to put video on the internet for real estate listings, which was a novelty at the time. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Bluffton University.

Todd developed an early brokerage subscription model in Lima, Ohio, where agents paid a flat monthly fee for him to shoot all their listings. WOW Video Tours now shoots over 12,000 jobs per year. As founder and CEO of Spiro Media, Todd leads the development of real estate media business management software.
