About The Real Estate Show

The Real Estate Show is a real estate podcast hosted by North Carolina real estate attorney Tiffany Webber. The show focuses on demystifying real estate law for a practical, professional audience — breaking down complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance rooted in the realities of North Carolina real estate transactions. What sets it apart is its legal perspective: rather than general sales advice, every episode is grounded in the law that governs how deals actually close.

Listeners of The Real Estate Show learn how to navigate the closing process more efficiently, avoid costly mistakes, and understand the legal documents and procedures that shape every transaction. Topics range from due diligence fees and title issues to eminent domain, agent liability, and the evolving relationship between buyers and their agents. Tiffany Webber draws on her experience closing thousands of properties and regularly features guests — including fellow attorneys, industry professionals, and NC Realtors — who bring additional expertise to the conversation.

The Real Estate Show is essential listening for North Carolina real estate agents who want to sharpen their legal knowledge, reduce closing failures, and build stronger client relationships. It is also valuable for homebuyers, sellers, and anyone interested in understanding how real estate law works in practice.
