I’ve been in the mortgage business for 20 years and specialize in Non-QM lending. I also regularly instruct Continuing Education courses for realtors. Mortgage education is very important to me. I believe and spread my knowledge in a practical, no-nonsense approach. People always have these professionals reaching out to them for their business, but I feel no one takes the time to actually explain what all is going on in a way that makes sense. This is why I take my role seriously and always make it a point to give actionable advice.
