Norman Elliott

Norman Elliott is a real estate coach, leader, and investor who has been in the real estate industry since 2010 and has coached more than 70 leaders across the country.

A devoted professional, husband, and proud father of seven with five grandchildren, Norman began his journey in the commercial painting industry, where he built his company into a nationwide contracting firm before transitioning into real estate. Together with his wife, Mandy, he grew their Central Florida team into the #1 team in the South Florida region with Keller Williams in 2017 and went on to close 507 units in 2021.

Over the years, Norman also expanded into real estate investing, developing a personal portfolio of annual and short-term rentals totaling around 40 doors. His approach to investing reflects years of learning, reinvesting, and building a foundation for lasting freedom and stability.

After selling their real estate business in 2022, Norman joined Livian, part of Gary Keller’s Expansion Network, where he mentored real estate team leaders and entrepreneurs. Beyond coaching, Norman is a passionate speaker who shares lessons on leadership, business growth, and investing, all grounded in humility and service.
