Carlos M. Gonzalez began his career in the home inspection industry in 1999. By 2006, after years of performing inspections himself, he transitioned fully into a leadership role, dedicating his energy and vision to the growth of Atlantic Building Inspections, Inc. Under his guidance, the company has grown into one of Florida’s most trusted inspection firms, with 17 full-time inspectors serving both the east and west coasts of the state and evaluating millions of dollars in real estate annually.

Early on, Carlos identified what would become the cornerstone of his company’s success: building lasting relationships with real estate professionals who truly prioritize their clients, while training inspectors to provide clear, thorough insights without unnecessarily jeopardizing a transaction—embodying his guiding principle to “NOT KILL THE DEAL.”

Recognized as a thought leader in the industry, Carlos has presented on national stages at numerous inspection conferences, sharing his expertise on business growth, client communication, and agent collaboration. Today, he continues to play an active role as both a mentor and educator, providing ongoing training to inspectors and real estate agents across Florida’s coastal counties. His mission remains consistent: to raise the standards of property inspections, strengthen agent–inspector partnerships, and ensure that every customer receives both clarity and confidence in their real estate decisions.
