Tim Lockhart is a retired Air Force officer turned top-producing REALTOR® with a mission to spotlight the best of Wichita Falls and North Texas and the head of the Lockhart Real Estate Team. After earning his mechanical engineering degree, Tim served his country until 2013, when he transitioned into real estate with Keller Williams Realty.

Over the years, Tim has built a strong referral network and a reputation as a knowledgeable, reliable, and community-driven real estate strategist. Serving a trusted community of over 1,600 clients, connections, and local leaders, he leads with a philosophy of contribution, connection, and genuine local pride.

Beyond real estate, Tim is deeply involved in the local arts, serving on the Board of Directors of the Wichita Falls Symphony Orchestra. He’s passionate about highlighting the area’s culture, events, and opportunities, especially for military families and veterans who, like his own, choose to make Wichita Falls home.
