Devin Halverson is a seasoned real estate leader and strategist with a dynamic career spanning training, development, and organizational growth. As Senior Vice President of Training & Development and Division President at the Jason Mitchell Group, Devin has pioneered national training programs, spearheaded agent onboarding, and driven expansion into 43 states and more than 80 major metropolitan markets. His strategic leadership has helped the company surpass $500 million in monthly volume with a network of nearly 1,000 agents.

Licensed as an Associate Broker/REALTOR® in Arizona, Devin combines hands-on real estate expertise with a corporate-level vision. He is recognized for elevating agent performance through innovative programs, mentoring, and systems optimization. With certifications in Corporate Relocation and as a Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals Certified Agent, he specializes in guiding diverse clients and fostering partnerships that enhance both agent success and customer experience.
