I’m Victoria Holiday, a Social Media Manager with CoreOps Collective, where we help real estate professionals replace survival with structure through systems, standards, and sustainability.

Our CEO, Lauren Duke, was a Top 10 Mega Team DOO who grew one location of four agents into 21 locations with over 150 agents in just four years. Under her leadership, CoreOps Collective was founded to take that same level of operational excellence and make it accessible to agents and admin teams everywhere.

We’re passionate about showing realtors that they don’t have to hustle themselves into the ground to grow their businesses. With the right structure, clear standards, and sustainable strategies, you can run your business like a business and still have a life outside of it.
