Sonoro | Lala Elizondo y Gaby Proctor are real estate investors who co-host Real Estate Talks, sharing the ABCs of investing in properties in the United States. Lala is Managing Partner of Tule Capital, a real estate investment company focused on commercial properties in emerging markets, having invested in more than 2,500 doors and bringing passive investment opportunities to individuals. She holds an MBA from Babson College and has over 15 years of international business development experience with companies like PepsiCo and Pernod Ricard, plus experience founding businesses in restaurant and service industries. Lala is also a board member for Endeavor México, limited partner in venture capital funds including 500 Startups and Amplifica Capital, business columnist at El Financiero newspaper, and co-host of Escalables Podcast.

Gaby, originally from Mexico but considering herself an Austinite, has been involved in real estate since 2002. Before founding The Proctor Team, she had a successful career at Univision, quickly becoming the number one sales executive, but discovered her true passion lay in real estate investment and became a real estate agent in 2008. Since 2002, Gaby has bought and sold hundreds of properties, investing in rental homes, condos, short-term rentals, flips, new construction, owner-financed properties, and through self-directed IRAs. Together with her husband Chad, she established The Proctor Team within Realty Austin, achieving Diamond Club membership by surpassing $10 million in sales. These real estate podcast hosts combine their extensive multifamily investing and property management expertise to educate Spanish-speaking audiences about U.S. real estate investment opportunities.
